Isaac was a very knowledgeable and thorough technician. I appreciated the time that he took to explain the different types of treatment for what I needed and he explained the process very clearly. He was friendly and observant to our home environment and therefore was able to make appropriate plans of treatment for our home. Isaac was even helpful at giving suggestions with some problematic ornamental trees on our property. I really appreciated this because it didn’t feel like he was rushed or in a hurry and really cared about his job and the environment.

It was great to speak with you today before I got started with your initial inspection/service. Today from our conversation seems like we deal with a few different things throughout the year. Today I inspected the house from top to bottom noticing some old rodent monitors in the attic & the basement. Due to some ant activity and some other crawling insects I did a interior baseboard application in all rooms where I could reach. I did also fill all of the interior rodent stations. Plus I added three of my own. One above the basement door down under the porch, one on the floor to the left of the door when you walk through the doubles. One of us finished downstairs I checked the main floor, as well as the attic, noticing three rodent stations up here that I filled as well. Due to only partial of the attic being finished, I was not able to inspect all the way down to the other end. I did treat the areas that I could to help with stink bug pressure in the soffit base. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of the house, including under the deck, to target ants and other general pest. I also noticed a small ant presence on the concrete wall near the pool. I applied a non-repellent solution along the concrete wall to mitigate activity. It was great to speak with you both today before I got started with your one time service. While inspecting the home, I did take notice to some dead mice in the crawlspace that were stuck to glue boards. By seeing this, I removed the rodents and left you a few glue boxes to help with some of this activity in the future. When I was finished in the basement, I treated the first floor interior baseboards, and then touched up the interior baseboards of the two bathrooms upstairs. When I was finished on the interior, Iminimize cobwebs around the exterior of the home to cut back on spiders and treated the exterior foundation with a residual liquid treatment separate from the one used inside. Today I inspected the exterior of the home for any and all pest activity. First I located your exterior rodent station, which showed some activity. However, I did fill the unit to continue controlling and monitoring for this pest activity. I did also minimize spider webs to cut back on this activity plus I applied a residual liquid application to the exterior foundation, window, trim, doorway entrances as well as your utility lines going in and out of the home. Today’s applications may cause an uptick and activity however, this is normal and I would give this about 10 days or so to see the full effect. Today I completed your quarterly pest service by first spraying a liquid residual to help combat spiders and general invader pests around the first floor baseboard, basement baseboards, garage and utility closets. I then checked the garage bait stations and both were empty. I added fresh bait to both stations in the garage! Next, I knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors, eaves and garages.
