Cobwebs and spiderwebs were refreshing the exterior rodent bait stations which should heavy signs of rodent activity. We used a gel bait outside where ant activity was high. Good afternoon Vince, my name is Ryan and it was great to meet you! Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service by inspecting the basement. I found no termite activity interior or exterior, but I did install 3 termite monitors on the exterior to be checked every service. In the kitchen ants were coming in from the window above the sink and I recommend sealing up any cracks to help prevent entry. I did put an ant bait station on the counter by the window to help combat the ants. I then sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants around the kitchen baseboards and door. In the crawlspace and basement I did not notice any new mice droppings activity. I did install 3 mouse bait stations in the crawl space and one above the door leading into drop ceiling. In the other utility room I removed the old bait stations and put in our own! I put two on the foundation line by the window and fuse box. I also added one in the drop ceiling, the floor by the heater and one above the door l
